Racing weight should be nearer 18, if not sub 18lbs.

The Mary's are the most comfortable bar I have ever used.
That said I don't feel "fast" riding them, hence why they are on this bike and not the race bike. I'm probably just as slow using them but I definitely feel more aggressive with a standard lo-rise bar.
