So what do we do for 4.5 hours on Sat between practice finishing and start of racing?

Also are there seperate podium ceremonies, or do the Sat winners have to wait until everything is over on the Sun?

All practice sessions are open to all entrants, except the Sunday DH session which is for qualifyers only.

So what do we do for 4.5 hours on Sat between practice finishing and start of racing?

Soak up the atmosphere, check out the XC racing and the trials competion, chill out and enjoy yourself or if you are entering the 4X, practice from 2pm to 3pm

Also are there seperate podium ceremonies, or do the Sat winners have to wait until everything is over on the Sun?

All podium ceremonies from the 4 disciplines will take place after racing is completed on Sunday.
