I've had the old version of this camera for 4 years now and has been excellent, in fact some of my favourite pictures have been taken with it.
The 770 is the latest incarnation and can be had for £215 on Amazon.
The 725 can be got for around £160 and is just as good but maybe not so weather proof.
The only thing missing is an AV or Manual option and perhaps RAW, but other than that it's top for taking riding with you. My old version is strapped to the bars every time ride and it ain't broke yet.
