So, it's been a while I know. For any of you who actually noticed that I hadn't blogged since about 2004 I have tried, but after a really long, and I would add, great blog, I deleted it. Too much coffee? Maybe. Who really knows. I sure as hell don't know what happened.

What I do know is that it's been bloody wet the last few weeks. I'm sure I've lost a few stone through osmosis. Either that or I'm turning water soluble. Not a good trait to have in Scotland. I'm just washing the last of my kit from the last Talent Team training camp and what a blinder it was. The lads probably hate me by now but they'll see the benefit soon... I promise...

For those of you who have been on the uplift and been overtaken or undertaken by a string of blue and white Scotland jerseys, that's us. The five youngsters are coming on well.

We had Hot chicken himself (sorry - Chris Hutchens) as a special guest and I know who he's signed for.... The rumour mill's turning just now. Maybe I'll sell you all the inside knowledge. All I'm saying is that it's not Maximuscle.

One thing that has crossed my mind in the past rain sodden weeks is, are there any good waterproof trousers on the market? I mean real good? Answers or suggestions on a postcard please!
