Eye magazines article on the bicing service in Barcelona
Why can't this country [Scotland] be so forward thinking when it comes to solving congestion, pollution, parking, fat bastard-itis, lazyness etc... Just think of the cost of implimenting this in Edinburgh compared to the Trams !
Read on and be amazed at how a simple idea can be so effective...
Anyone wanting to try it out commercially? I'd find some cash to help start it up !!!
